Grass Fed Picanha

Also known as a Coulotte or Top Sirloin Cap, this is a staple in Brazilian Steakhouses. You can grill it whole, or you can cut into steaks and skewer the traditional way. We also have braised it and roasted in the oven to medium rare and love it that way!
